Experience
Phillip has considerable experience in the engineering of construction projects for educational, industrial, corporate and retail buildings, housing and recreational facilities. He also served as a key member of the Department of Education's ad hoc committee, assembled to provide feedback and support in crafting the Education Facilities Construction Program for New Jersey.

Having served as lead facilities engineer for a Fortune-100 company, he brings valuable insight to the evaluation of design and programming build-ability and budget.
