| Schematic Design
This phase includes presentations of DRG's schematics, or rough designs, with all space conforming to local codes. We also provide scaled models of the future construction. We prepare preliminary applications (for NJDOE, DCA, local building authorities, NJDEP, for example). We help you with a strategy for communicating the proposed approach to your stakeholders for approval. We also work with you to develop a list of furnishings and equipment. |
